Serenity Service
I want to take advantage of the Serenity Service:
  • 1. The service includes customer support and assistance by part of The Red House Company Srl staff during the entire length of your stay.
  • 2. In the event of accidental damages during your stay, the insurance claim will be handled entirely by The Red House Company Srl.
  • 3. The cost of the service will not be refunded at the time of check-out.

I do not want to take advantage of the Serenity Service:
  • 1. If you do not want to make use of the Serenity Service, at the time of check-in you will be asked to present a credit card on which to block a deposit of € 500,00 to cover any eventual damage to the property.
  • 2. The full amount of the security deposit will be released after having verified the property conditions after check-out, which must be the same as the ones at the time of check-in. In any case, the release of the security deposit will take place no later than 48 hours from the time of check-out.
  • 3. Blocking a deposit is a banking operation that could be subject to costs. Any eventual commissions are charged to the guest.

Description

Bibbiano is a wine estate in the Chianti Classico region and in the heart of Tuscany. It has been owned by the same family since 1865. The excellence in wine production is the result of a deep knowledge of the land and of its characteristics studied and developed by the family’s 5th generation of winegrowers. Being quite a large estate, it has some villas that have been recently restored and prepared for hosting nature and wine lovers. White roads lead you to the villas, silence and one of the most incredible views of the Tuscany’s countryside are the plus of this estate.
The Apartment ‘Il Fico’ is a 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms in the same building of the show room and operations of Bibbiano Chianti Classico Estate. Very Quiet, immerse in the nature and with a good biodiversity of both animals and vegetation, it is a very versatile location for different experiences. The apartment has a typical cotto fiorentino flooring and it is furnished with typical Tuscany’s country style. Large bedrooms, a full kitchen and a good wine supply, it is the perfect set up for a lovely holiday. The view is fantastic, overlooking the valley of Colle Val d’Elsa, the apartment’s windows have a very stretching panorama as the low hill, over which is the estate, is about 300 meters high and have a good predominant position. The opportunity to book the different experiences linked with the wine and food of the region is an excellent top up to the rental that will makes your holiday unforgettable.

Castellina in Chianti, Siena, Italy

Straddling the Val d’Elsa, Val di Pesa and the Arbi river valley, its territory is all part of the Chianti Classico. The road to reach Castellina is very impressive from a landscape point of view and the town has a rich history dating back to the Bronze Age and the Etruscans. There are also many testimonies of the medieval era.

The historic center is pedestrianized, we recommend the bike for excursions in the area.

The historic center of Castellina has been completely renovated. Here there are two interesting archaeological sites: the Tumulus of Montecalvario, on the state road to reach the town, is an important testimony of the Etruscan era dating back to the VII-VI century. B.C. belonged to an aristocratic family. Near Fonterutoli there is the Poggino Necropolis.

La Rocca is located in the main square, it is a fourteenth-century tower from whose top you can admire the Chianti landscape. Also worth seeing are the Castle of Monternano and the Archaeological Museum of the Sienese Chianti inside the Rocca. In the historic center in Via Ferruccio there are numerous restaurants, shops, shops and historic buildings such as Palazzo Squarcialupi and Palazzo Banciardi.

Visit the historic center, stroll along the walls in Via delle Volte, a picturesque covered walkway that goes around the city, once used by the guards, today a gallery of shops and restaurants. The views offer glimpses of the surrounding countryside. For shopping you can continue on the main street, Via Ferruccio. There are numerous wine bars where you can taste the wines of the area: in the Enoteca Antiquaria you will find over 15 thousand examples of wines, some over 100 years old. The area is suitable for a bike ride, with which you can also reach the archaeological sites not far from the center.

In case of lockdown, all bookings will be refunded 100% if the cancellation occurs up to 24 hours from the arrival date

Cancellation terms.
If you need to cancel your booking, the cancellation must be made in writing and will be effective from the date that we receive the cancellation.
It will be subject to the following charges and time frame:
– cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the rental period will incur a charge of 0% of the rental payment.
– cancellation less than 30 days before the start date of the rental period will incur a charge of the total cost of the holiday less the Security Deposit (if already paid).
There will be no refund for early departure.

Check-in and check-out.
Normal Check-in hours are between 02:00 p.m. and 06:00 p.m., to be set by appointment in advance.
Check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. We can sometimes accommodate other requests, but we need to know as much in advance as possible.
There would possibly be a late check in surcharge.
The meeting point is provided at the address of the house you have booked. A member of our team will welcome you to let you visit the house and describe all the services.

City Tax.
The City Tax is not included in the price. It must be paid on the spot at check-in.

No smoking and candle.
Guests are not allowed to smoke within the house.

No pets or animals.
No animals are allowed inside the house.

House cleaning before and after guest stays.
We carefully clean and prepare every house before guests arrive and after they check-out. If you wish, you may request extra towels and cleaning services for a fee. You can require the extra daily cleaning service.
